Come surf and otherwise enjoy the golden beaches of Flagler County.

Florida locals know where some of the best surfing on the Atlantic coast can be found and it's right here in Flagler County - almost any day of the year you may see surfers enjoying the waves of Flagler Beach. Palm Coast real estate affords you easy, quick access to beautiful beaches for year round enjoyment. Best of all, because there is simply so much coastline, there is never a crowd to contend with. Enjoy your own personal expanse of sand and waves - and feel free to bring a bottle of wine or cooler of beer; alcohol is allowed on our beaches (in moderation of course). Our beaches include:

Flagler Beach - At the southern edge of Flagler County, Flagler Beach is known for the unique golden sand known as coquina and some of the best waves for surfing in Florida. Each day fisherman line up along the scenic Flagler Pier to haul in the day's catch. Flagler Beach has lifeguards during the summer months and the area's most popular Fourth of July fireworks celebration. Each Friday and Saturday mornings you will find a busy farmer's market to browse. Flagler Beach real estate is suprisingly affordable - there are few places in the world that homes for sale within walking distance of the beach go for so little.

Marineland Beach - Travel up to the northernmost part of Flagler County to find the beach accompanying the Marineland Dolphin Conservation Center - a wonderful place to visit to see impeccably cared for dolphins and engage in a variety of educational and interactive experiences with them. The beach itself is never crowded and enjoys its own abundance of wildlife brought in by the coquina rock jetties. On any given day you may see fish, sand crabs, sea birds, sea turtles, dolphins, pelicans, and if you are lucky the occasional whale.

All along the stretch of Flagler County's section of Coastal Highway A1A, you will find beaches galore. Simply drive in either direction to find your share of public beaches to enjoy with your family and friends. You will see an abundance of impressive oceanfront homes along your route as well.
